1. What personal data does the Society collect and use?

We collect and use personal data to provide you with the best possible experience. This data is grouped into the following categories:

5. Do we make use of artificial intelligence?

Yes, we sometimes use artificial intelligence (AI). For example, when you search for a job title such as "warehouse worker", you will also see alternative but similar job offers such as "packer". AI may be used in part of the processing (e.g. through statistical and machine learning, logic or knowledge-based approaches) that relies on natural language processing techniques to calculate similarities between terms and word meanings. In any case, such results are only shown as recommendations to help you make an informed decision about your application

6. Do we share your data with third parties?

We share your information with third parties to use it more efficiently and provide you with content, resources and/or services. However, data is shared only in the following circumstances:

• To suppliers. For example, we will engage a supplier to carry out administrative and operational tasks that are necessary for the purposes of our relationship with you.
