5. Do we make use of artificial intelligence?

Sì, talvolta ci avvaliamo dell'intelligenza artificiale (IA).

Yes, we sometimes use artificial intelligence (AI). However, we do not use your personal data in any automated decision-making (where decisions are made solely by creating and applying technologies without any human intervention) or profiling (processing personal data with a range of technologies that reduce human intervention to assess certain conditions in relation to an individual) that produces a legal or other effect that is similarly significant to you.

Adecco uses automated systems/processes under the conditions described in the previous paragraph to recommend and display alternative search results to the search performed, primarily for the purpose of expanding the range of job offers to choose from. Therefore, such AI systems do not produce legal effects.

For example, when you search for a job title such as "warehouse worker", you will also see alternative but similar job offers such as "packer". AI may be used in part of the processing (e.g. through statistical and machine learning, logic or knowledge-based approaches) that relies on natural language processing techniques to calculate similarities between terms and word meanings. In any case, such results are only shown as recommendations to help you make an informed decision about your application
